Customer Responsibility for Address

  • If the product has already been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to a wrong / incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.


Stock & Backorders

Our commitment is to maintain sufficient stock levels whenever possible.
In instances where goods are not currently available, the potential waiting period is capped at a maximum of two weeks.
